Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
At least 3–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development — preferably in the restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage industry.
Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales deals, and meet revenue targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledgeable in fine-dining, event coordination, catering sales, and corporate account management is an advantage.
With good business sense and understanding of local market trends.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
Proficient in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and using digital analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Knowledgeable in content creation, copywriting, and community engagement.
Basic skills in graphic design, photo/video editing, or short-form video production are an advantage (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and audience targeting.
Creative, tech-savvy, and updated on current digital trends and F&B marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
Willing to work on-site, flexible hours, and attend client events or off-site meetings when necessary.
With pleasing personality and ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams.
